Hello friends. When I try to open Chrome after restarting, I get an "Chrome didn't lock sites properly" error message Even if you click the "restore pages" button, previously opened pages will not return. Can anyone give a suggestion as to why this is happening and how to solve the problem? Appreciate.

So I found this on the internet and tried the said troubleshooting. If you want to stop background applications after closing Chrome, fix it.
